120例牙髓根尖周病经根管治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of 120 Cases of Endodontic Periapical Disease with Root Canal Treatment

目的为了进一步研究和探讨在临床治疗牙髓根尖周病的实践过程中采用一次性根管治疗与分次根管治疗方法的临床治疗效果差异,从而为相关的临床研究提供方指导和帮助。方法选取了我院2010年12月至2012年12月期间收治的120例牙髓根尖周病患者为研究对象并分为两组各60例。观察组采用一次性根管填充治疗,对照组则采用分次根充法。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在炎症消退时间和疼痛消退时间上,观察组显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在临床针对牙髓根尖周病患者实施治疗的实践过程中,采用一次性根管治疗方法与分次根管治疗方法想比较,其临床治疗效果优势明显,是临床治疗牙髓根尖周病患者的可靠选择。

Objective To further study and discuss the clinical effects of single-visit root canal treatment and graded root canal treatment for endodontic periapical disease, as to provide guidance and help for clinical research. Methods 120 patients with endodontic periapical disease in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group received the single-visit root canal treatment, while the control group received the graded root canal treatment. The treatment effects were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had less inflammation disappeared time and pain subsided time （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with endodontic periapical disease, single-visit root canal treatment has better curative effect compared with graded root canal treatment, which is the reliable choice for endodontic periapical disease.
