乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎患者治疗效果的分析

Analysis on the Effect of Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果。方法选择80例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,观察组使用乌司他丁,对照组使用醋酸奥曲肽。比较两组患者临床治疗显效率、临床治疗指标及炎性反应程度之间的差异。结果观察组患者临床治疗显效率高于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,体内炎性反应程度低于对照组,差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁能够提高急性胰腺炎患者临床治疗效果,缩短住院时间,降低患者体内炎性反应水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Ulinastatin, while the control group was treated with octreotide acetate. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher total effective rate, shorter duration of hospital stays and slighter inflammatory reaction （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Ulinastatin has significant curative effect in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, which can shorten the duration of hospital stays, and decrease inflammatory reaction.
