急危重症患者抢救护理中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Nursing for Acute and Critically Ill Patients

目的总结急危重症患者抢救护理中存在的问题,探讨其发生的原因及相应的对策。方法收集从2012年7月至12月在急诊科抢救室救治的急危重症病例248例,就其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果急救知识缺乏、急诊科人员配置不足、抢救记录不完善、抢救仪器使用不熟练、抢救仪器完好性不足、医护配合不默契、患者家属不配合及其它突发事件是目前存在的主要问题。结论医院领导应高度重视,改变急诊科现状,提高护理人员的急救意识和专科急救技术,完善各种记录,开展急救护理技术新项目来提高对急危重症患者的抢救质量。

Objective To summarize the problems during the intensive nursing for patients with acute critical illness, and explore its causes and corresponding countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 248 patients with acute critical illness in emergency room from July 2012 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lack of knowledge on first aid, emergency department staffing shortage, imperfect rescue record, unskilled usage of rescue instrument, inadequate rescue equipment, lack of understanding between doctors and nurses, the uncooperativeness from patients＇ family members, and other emergencies were the main problems. Conclusions Hospital leaders should attach great importance to change the status of the emergency department by developing the first aid awareness and specialist first aid skills of nursing staff, improving records, and carrying out emergency care technologies and new projects, so as to improve the quality of rescue for patients with acute critical illness.
