摘要
目的通过2009至2012年广东地区男性精液质量数据的分析,了解男性生殖健康及生殖能力的现状,为规避生殖健康中的环境风险提供理论支持。方法对四年中我中心男性精液标本质量采用单因素方差分析法和组间比较进行统计学分析。结果男性精液在浓度上没有显著的差异;而在活力和存活率上呈逐年下降的趋势。结论广州各年份间精液动力学上存在下降趋势,环境污染可能对人类生殖健康造成影响。
Objective Through the analysis on semen quality data from 2009 to 2012 in Guangdong, to evaluate the current status of male reproductive ability and male reproductive health, in order to provide a theoretical support for avoiding the environmental risk of reproductive health. Methods The semen reports for 4 years in our center were collected and compared between groups with One-Way ANOVA analysis and LSD test. Results There was no change in semen concentration during the study period. The motility and vitality of semen in normal men was declining. Conclusions There have been significant declines in sperm motility and vitality in recent four years. Environment pollution may affect the health of human procreation.
