摘要
运用CFD软件模拟多翼式离心风机内部流场分布,以及轮径比对流动场的影响。结果表明:在蜗壳内存在压力损失,全压沿流动方向逐渐减小;轮径比对多翼离心风机的内部流场产生重要的影响,当轮径比为0.8时,风机流动性能最好,可作为高效多翼离心风机的设计参数。
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software was used to investigate the flow field distribution of multi-blade centrifugal fan, and also was employed to study the effect of wheel diameter ratio on the flow field. The results show that there existed pressure loss in volute. The total pressure gradually decreased along the flow direction. The wheel diameter ratio has a dramatically impact on the flow field of the multi-blade centrifugal fan. The best performance of multi-blade centrifugal fan was observed as the wheel diameter ratio of 0.8. This value can be employed in design of high-efficiency multi-blade centrifugal fan.
