摘要
用数值模拟方法研究了玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)层压板中的脱粘缺陷的脉冲热像无损检测的规律。用有限元分析软件ANSYS对层压板脱粘缺陷的脉冲热像检测法进行数值模拟,研究了缺陷深度等与信息参数之间的关系。研究结果表明,在脉冲热像检测中,最大温差和最大对比度等代表检测效果的信息参数随着缺陷深度的增大而减小,随着缺陷半径的增大而增大。
The mechanism of pulsed thermography (PT) for debonding defect in GFRP laminate panel was studied by numerical simulation. The relations between information parameters and the parameter of defectwere analyzed by the ANSYS software. The results indicate that both the maximum differential temperature and maximum contrast are decrease with the depth of detect and increase with the radius of defect.
