摘要
输送带是煤矿井下运送物料的关键设备,若发生断带事故,将会造成巨大的损失。针对此问题,设计了一种基于PLC的液压断带保护系统。通过对其工作原理的分析,给出了液压系统原理图和软件工作流程图。其结构简单,安装调试方便,自动化程度高,具有较强的实用性。
The belt conveyor is a key equipment for delivering materials of coal mine, however, it will create great losses if the belt-broken accident happens. In order to solve the problem, this paper has designed a hydraulic beh-broken protective system based on PLC. After analyzing the working principle of the belt-broken protective system, the paper displays the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system and the working flow. The system has simple structure, easiness of installation and test run, high degree of automation and excellent practicability.
