摘要
采用小电流、短道、断续、锤击的方法进行奥氏体金属隔离层堆焊,通过焊后观察堆焊层情况、金相分析、冲击指标测试等方法,研究了在锤头打击面上用A302焊条打底后再堆焊D256焊条的工艺方法。试验结果表明:使用铬镍奥氏体钢焊条打底堆焊45Mn钢时,由于铬镍奥氏体对锰钢的HAZ液化裂纹的"治愈"作用,不但可以得到没有液化裂纹的焊接接头,而且还具有良好耐磨性,又能承受冲击载荷,经试验证明,堆焊材料能够满足使用性能要求。
Adopt the methods about the low current, short-track, intermittent, hammering to process the austenitic metal spacer surfacing, observed by post-weld surfacing layer, metallographic analysis, impact indicators test, we studied the art method that surfacing A302 on the hitting tooth face first, then surfacing D256 on A302. The results showed that: when using chrome-nickel austenitic steel electrode backing surfacing 45Mn steel, thanks to the influence of chrome-nickel austenitic manganese steel HAZ liquation cracking "cure"role ,not only can get welded joints without liquefied cracks, but only have good wear resistance, and withstand the impact load. the test proved that the surfacing materials to meet the performance requirements.
