摘要 冶金转炉是一级负荷,其能在系统停电时及时启动应急电源,确保人生财产安全。但由于冶炼厂的环境较差,直流供电线路因腐蚀、接触不好等因素,最终导致无法及时投运。因此采用新增设硅整流装置来完成每一炉冶炼前的直流试运行工作,能确保应急电源能及时投运。同时,减少蓄电池使用次数,使得蓄电池电压达到额定值,容量充足,能保证在任何时候交流电突然断电时,蓄电池能供电使得转炉电机倾转,保证了转炉直流系统的可靠运行。 Converter is the first level load of power supply ,when the power failure in the system, the emergency power supply should be activeted ,to make sure life and property safety. Due to en, dronmental Pollution in smelt factory the DC power lines can not put into operation in time by corrosion, poor contact and other factors, Therefore,we added new Silicon controlled rectified to complete the DC trial operation before converter smelting .It ensures the emergency power supply can run in time. Meanwhile,we reduce the number of times batteries used,to make the capacity of batteries is sufficient which ensure batteries can supply power to motors make the converter tilting and the DC system is working reliable when the AC power outage at any time.
