摘要
讲述了武汉卷烟厂干冰十七段的SLC500系列PLC控制器在运行中途出现CPU故障停机的具体情况分析,通过维护人员测试、验证,最后得出结论是由于故障的I/O模块影响了CPU与背板之间的通讯,从而导致CPU产生错误诊断信息。通过分析的过程,提高了设备人员对该系列控制器的认识,并整合出了一套针对该系列控制器CPU故障停机的排查方法。
