摘要
样车试制是产品研发过程的必经阶段,面向样车的质量控制体系及其具体方法与量产车有较大区别。以过程质量控制为主线,结合样车的试制特性,以实例为内容,以抽丝剥茧的形式介绍样车总装质量控制体系的构建过程,对样车试制质量体系的构建工作具有抛砖引玉的作用。
Prototype trial is a necessary stage in the product development process, there are different quality control system and the concrete method for the prototype and the production car. Based on the process quality control as the main line, combined with the development characteristics of vehicle, for example to examine the content, the form of construction vehicle assembly quality control system, construction of the prototype quality system work has a valuable role.
