摘要
介绍了三元催化器的工作原理和基本结构。分别从载体在三元催化器起燃、转化效率、背压影响等方面进行了分析和计算,同时对实车在国五排放法规中的实际排放效果进行了对比,最后简要阐述了高目数薄壁载体的难点。高目数薄壁载体在国五排放标准中应有更多的应用,并且在推动催化剂涂覆技术升级有积极作用。
The theory and basic structure of the catalytic converter was introduced. There were some analysis and calculation about substrate,respectively from the light-off, conversion efficiency and back pressure in catalytic converter work, and compared the effects of emissions on the actual vehicle in Euro V. At last, illustrate the difficulty on application for multiple thin-wall substrate. The application of multiple thin-wall substrate should be more and which will push P.M loading technology upgrade.
