The Evaluation of Maintenance Guarantee Based on FCA-Matter Theory Model

空军航空机务保障能力是空军战斗力的重要标准,通过改革大力提升保障的效益是装备工作的重要方面。在建立了飞行团保障能力评估指标体系的基础上,结合实际需要,使用了模糊物元的方法,有效地掌握了保障能力的大小。结合某团保障模式改革的案例,采用上述方法,对改革试点前后的保障能力进行了分析研究,准确掌握了保障能力的发展规律。

The ability of maintenance guarantee is an important standard of combat effectiveness. The improving of maintenance guarantee benefits is an important aspect by reforming. On the basis of building the flight mission evaluation index system, this paper uses FCA-matter theory model to compare the ability of maintenance guarantee before reforming with after reforming. In this way, the law of maintenance guarantee is mastered accurately.
