摘要
随着电子技术、传感器技术、影像技术以及信息处理技术的飞速发展,机器人技术被应用于医疗领域从而产生了医学机器人。近二十年的发展,外科手术机器人在医疗系统中的研究成果最为突出,解决了外科手术中存在的精度不足、切口较大、操作疲劳等问题。现已广泛应用于神经外科、矫形外科、骨科及内窥镜手术中。本文主要概述国内外医疗机器人在手术中的研究进展。
With the rapid development of the technology of electronic, sensor imaging and information processing, the robotics has been applied in medical field and produced the surgical robot. Nearly two decades of development, surgical robot system in the medical research is most prominent, they have solved a series of problems in surgery, such ms lacking of precision, larger incision, operator fatigue, etc. Now surgical robots have been widely used in neurosurgery, orthopedic, orthopedics and endoscopic surgery. This paper summarized domestic and international medical robotics research in surgery.
