高浓度铬胁迫对生菜种子萌发及幼苗的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了解生菜(Lactuca sativa)对铬的吸收、富集及铬毒害,有效指导生菜生产,采用0、20、40、60、80、100mg/L 6个浓度的铬进行了室内培养试验,探讨了Cr6+对生菜种子萌发及幼苗的影响。结果表明,Cr6+对生菜种子发芽势和发芽指数影响不明显,随浓度的增加发芽率有下降的趋势,但差异不显著;对活力指数、幼苗、幼根生长和成苗率有降的趋势,但差异不显著;对活力指数、幼苗、幼根生长和成苗率有显著和极显著的影响,且对幼根的抑制作用大于幼苗。 An experiment of lettuce(Lactuca sativa)germination was made under different chromium concentration with 0,20,40,60,80,100mg/L Cr6+ in order to make clear the absorption,enrichment,pernicious effects of chromium for lettuce.The results showed that:Cr6+ concentration produced a little influence on germination potential and germination index of the lettuce seeds,the germination rate tend to decline with the increase of chromium concentration but the difference between treatments was not significant;on the other hand,its concentration brought a significant and extreme significant influences on vigor index of the seed germination,seedling height,root length and sur-vival rate of the seedlings,and its restrain on younger roots was more than seedlings.
