当前我国已经是能源的纯进口国,这已经是一个不争的事实,而且能源存在的结构性矛盾明显。中外能源合作已经成为满足能源需求的必然选择。目前中外能源合作模式主要有横向、纵向和复合三种模式,中国要根据本国的实际状况,选择合适的能源合作模式。这就是加强与各国之间在能源领域的多种互利合作、搞好中国的国际能源贸易、扩大能源储备、在多元能源合作模式基础上实现能源供给的多元化,从而解决中国的能源短缺问题。

According to its practical situation, China should choose the appropriate mode of energy cooperation. Therefore, it should reinforce mutually beneficial cooperation in various kinds of areas, improve China international energy trade, expand the energy reserves, and fulfill multiple energy cooperation mode based on the diversification of energy supply, so as to solve the problem of energy shortage in china.
