院内ICU护理进修的效果研究

The effect analysis of taking nosocomial ICU study

目的:探讨参与院内ICU进修的效果。方法:在本人申请报名及护理部的安排下,于2012年4月15日～年8月15日在院内ICU进修学习。结果:进修前后考核成绩有明显差异,进修后一年内考核成绩优于进修前一年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),本人抢救技能及综合素质得到了提高。结论:通过院内ICU进修提升护理人员业务水平的方法切实可行。

Purpose： to discuss the effect analysis of taking nosocomial ICU study.Methods： In my application and under the arrangement of the nursing department,I study in nosocomial ICU from April 15 to August 15 of 2012.Results： There was significant difference between the results before and after learning,learning within one year after the examination results better than learning the year before,and there was statistical significance（P0.001）,My rescue skills and comprehensive quality are improved.Conclusion： Through the nosocomial ICU train ing method to improve the service level of nursing staff is feasible.
