美宝烧伤膏贴在静脉炎治疗中的应用

目的:观察应用美宝烧伤膏贴外敷治疗各种输液所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将我科2011年1月～2012年12月发生的静脉炎患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组应用美宝烧伤膏贴外敷治疗。对照组应用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果:治疗组24小时和48小时的显效率和有效率均高于对照组。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:美宝烧伤膏贴外敷治疗各种输液所致静脉炎疗效好,安全、不影响患者的生活起居,护士操作方便。

Objective： To observe the effect of application of MEBO post topical treatment of various infusion induced phlebitis.Methods： in our department from 2011 January to 2012 December 80 cases of phlebitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each.The treatment group used MEBO post topical treatment.The control group using 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress.Results： the effective rate of treatment group markedly effective and 24 hours and 48 hours were higher than that of control group.Comparing the two groups,the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： MEBO effect of external treatment of phlebitis caused by transfusion,safety,do not affect the patient＇s daily life,nurses,convenient operation.
