中药调剂的称量器具与工作效率的对比分析

目的:为提高中药调剂的工作效率和规范中药调剂称量的准确性,进而为中医辩证施治的安全、有效、准确地使用中药改进中药称量工具。方法:在单位时间段内比较不同称量工具,做出数据分析。分析结果:在60分钟内使用传统药戥调剂12张处方,平均每张处方6付,共计调剂70付,称量准确率为80%;同样时间内使用电子称可以调剂20张处方,平均每张处方6付,共计调剂120付,称量准确率为98%。结论:正确规范地使用调剂工具可以提高中药房调剂工作的效率,保证中药剂量的准确使用,促进病人安全用药。
