本文从当代科技发展的趋势和未来的人才构型、学习和教育出发 ,结合我国高校在新世纪的任务和面临的挑战 ,对高等教育体制改革进行了分析 ,在改革培养模式、提高教学质量和办学效率、高校与企业联合。

In this paper development trend of contemporary science and technology is presented at first.Based on talent structure and learning in the future,challenge of universities confronted in the 21st century,and higher education reform for talent training are analyzed.Proposes in training standard,improvement of education quality and efficiency of running schools,combination of corporations and universities,development of education run by the local people and continue professional education are put forward.
