中华饮食之管窥——面条

摘要 随着历史的发展,中国的饮食已由一种生理需要升华成为一种文化。在博大精深的中华饮食中,面条以其悠久的历史、多变的工艺、丰富的文化内涵,成为一种令人津津乐道的食物。探究面条渊源、了解加工生产、分析现状、窥探饮食风俗,可以使我们进一步了解这一平凡而又不普通的食物,并促进中国传统饮食文化的传承与发展。 With historical development, Chinese catering sublimates to be a culture from a pnyslcat neeu. Noodle has turned into a popular food for its long-standing history, changing workmanships, lavish cultural connotations in the development of profound Chinese catering. The probe into noodle in terms of its source, production, re- search status and catering custom can shed light on this fairly extraordinary food, contributing inheritage and de- velopment of Chinese catering culture
