摘要
提出了电力市场环境和大规模风电接入下的多目标输电网规划算法。考虑到风场出力波动性对输电阻塞成本的影响,建立了输电网规划的多目标函数即输电阻塞成本、投资成本及风险成本。结合蒙特卡罗模拟法和两点估计算法来处理风场出力的不确定性,在此基础上通过分析规划目标与问题本身的特性,设计了非支配排序遗传算法II和模糊决策方法来求解问题并确定最终的最优解决方案。算例分析验证了规划方法的正确性和求解算法的有效性。
Transmission network planning algorithm for multiobjective electricity market environment and the large scale wind power integration is proposed in this paper. In the method the impact of the volatility of wind power out put on the transmission congestion is taken into account. A multiobjective function of the transmission grid plan ning consisted of investment costs, risk costs and congestion costs is established in order to achieve reasonable plan ning. The combination of Monte Carlo simulation and TwoPoint Estimation Method is implemented to investigate the effects of network uncertainties. Based on this, the characteristics of planning objective and the problem itself are analyzed, and the nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II is designed to solve the problem due to its com parative assessment potential and good handling of the nonconvex problems and noncommensurable objective func tions, and fuzzy decisionmaking method is designed to select the final optimal solution. Finally the soundness of the method and the effective of the algorithm are validated by case study.
