不同物流环境下对龙眼品质变化的影响

摘要 在模拟实际的物流环境下,检测龙眼在不同条件下的干耗、硬度、pH值、含糖量四项指标的变化,揭示了温度与包装对龙眼品质的影响。研究表明:温度对龙眼硬度变化存在一定影响,温度越高,硬度降低越快;低温包装运输储存有利于维持龙眼正常的含糖量和酸碱度,减缓腐坏速度;干耗度是衡量龙眼运输质量的重要指标,控制在一定范围内,有利于保持龙眼的新鲜度。 By simulating actual logistics conditions,the study aims to detect the index variation of weight loss,hardness,PH and sweetness of Longan under different conditions. The results indicate that both temperature and package have certain effect on the freshness of Longan. As shown in the study,the following conclusions are made. First of all,the temperature has a certain effect on Longan's hardness. The higher the temperature,the quicker the Longan's hardness decreases. Secondly,in order to keep Longan's sweetness and PH value,it will be better to keep Longan in a low-temperature environment with package; and it will slow down the decay speed.Finally,the weight loss is an important index in the supply chain of Longan,it should be controlled to keep the Longan's freshness.
