基础IE在生产线平衡中的应用研究

Application Research of Fundamental IE on Assembly Line Balance

文章采用秒表测定技术对生产线的平衡率进行测定,利用鱼骨图确定引起生产线不平衡问题的关键因素,通过"ECRS原则"制定了相应的解决方案,并遵循PDCA原则进行了持续改善,结果表明基础IE技术在生产线平衡问题中有较好的应用效果。

The paper used the stopwatch time study technology to determine the line balancing rate,and the fish bones chart to determine the key factors that causes the unbalancing problems,applied'the ECRS principle'to formulate the corresponding solutions,and followed the PDCA principle to carry on improvement continually,the result indicated that the foundamental IE technology had good application effect in the production line balancing question.
