管理层视角下饭店大学生员工的胜任素质研究

Competency of Graduate Employee in Hotel from Manager's Perspective

胜任素质是影响饭店业大学生员工高流失的一个重要因素,基于对饭店管理层的调查研究,获取研究数据,采用结构方程模型,构建并验证了饭店大学生员工胜任素质的构成模型.实证结果表明,饭店业大学生员工的胜任素质可以用五个维度来概括,按重要性大小依次是情商、外貌、文凭、身体素质、智商.最后提出了优化旅游专业人才培养方案的建议:一是改革教学内容,二是改革招生制度.

Competency matters much on high rate of abdication of graduate employees in hospitality enterprises. Based on the fingdings, it employs SEM（Structural Equation Modeling） to establish the model of competence. The result shows the competency is constructed by five major dimensions. They are emotion quotient, physical appearance,cultural level, physique and intelligence quotient, ranked according to the importance. At the end, the author gives some advice about tourism talents development, one is the reform of teaching contents, the other is reformin~ enrollin~ system.
