摘要
以广西柳江县双季莲藕产区百朋镇的农村劳动力现状为个例进行调查,分析了农村劳动力转移对双季莲藕产业发展的影响,提出了劳动力转移与双季莲藕产业可持续发展的对策,如科学合理转移劳动力、推广轻型化栽培技术等。
Based on investigating the status of rural labor force in double-cropping lotus root producing area in Baipeng town of Liujiang county, we analyzed the effects of rural labor force on the industry development of double-cropping lotus root, and put forward the countermeasures on promoting labor transfer and sustainable development of double-cropping lotus root industry, such as transferring labor scientifically and reasonably and promoting light-duty cultivation technology.
