摘要
在蕹菜和豆瓣菜种子萌发期间,用7种不同浓度的NaCl溶液胁迫处理,分析不同浓度盐胁迫下种子萌发指标和幼苗生长指标的变化,比较蕹菜和豆瓣菜对盐胁迫的响应。试验结果表明,随NaCl浓度增加,蕹菜和豆瓣菜的种子萌发指标均呈下降趋势。蕹菜在1.5%NaCl胁迫下,仍有24%的萌发率,而豆瓣菜在0.9%以上的NaCl胁迫下,种子完全不能萌发;低浓度NaCl促进豆瓣菜幼苗根和芽的生长,而对蕹菜幼苗的影响不显著,当NaCl浓度超过0.6%时,显著抑制蕹菜幼苗生长;NaCl浓度超过0.3%,显著抑制豆瓣菜幼苗的生长。随盐胁迫程度的增加,降低蕹菜和豆瓣菜种子萌发力,抑制幼苗生长,且豆瓣菜的耐盐性能较蕹菜低。
To compare the salt resistance of water spinach and watercress to NaC1 stress, their seeds were stressed with seven different concentrations of NaC1 (0%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2% and 1.5%), and the changes of seed germination indexes and seedling growth indexes were compared under different salinity stress. The results showed that, with the increase of NaC1 concentrations, the seed germination indexes of water spinach and watercress were decreased gradually, but the seed germination rate of water spinach was 24% after being treated by 1.5% NaC1, while the seeds of watercress could not germinate after being treated by 0.9% NaC1. Low concentrations of NaC1 promoted root and stem growth of watercress seedlings, and had no significant effects on the growth of water spinach, but when the concentration of NaC1 was above 0.6%, the seeding growth of watercress was significantly inhibited, and when the concentration of NaC1 was above 0.3%, the seeding growth of water spinach was significantly inhibited. As the increase of NaC1 concentration, the seed germination rates of water spinach and watercress reduced with their seedling growth inhibited, and the salt resistance of watercress was lower than that of water spinach.
