双季茭浙茭3号的选育及栽培要点

Breeding of a New Double-cropping Water Bamboo Cultivar Zhejiao No.3 and Its Key Cultivation Technology

浙茭3号是以浙茭2号优良变异单株为原始材料，定向系统选育而成的双季茭白新品种。夏、秋季采收始期分别比浙茭2号晚约5d和2d，夏季壳茭产量33000～36000kg／hm2,秋季壳茭产量21000-24000kg／hm。，全年产量比浙茭2号增产7．34％，肉质茎个体较大，光滑细嫩，品质优。

Zhejiao No.3 is a new double-cropping water bamboo （Zizania latifolia Turez.） cuhivar developed from the mutation line of Zhejiao No.2 by directional breeding. The harvest times in summer and autumn were about five days and two days later than those of Zhejiao No.2 respectively, and the yield in summer and autumn were 33 000-36 000 kg/hm2 and 21 000-24 000 kg/hm2. Its annual yield was 7.34% higher than that of Zhejiao No.2. In addition, Zhejiao No.3 was delicious, and had larger succulent stem, superior quality and glossy surface.
