摘要
近年来,随着北方生活水平不断提高及其对人文景观的强烈需求,莲藕种植逐渐由南向北过渡,北方各省开始大面积种植莲藕,对莲藕的研究也日渐深入,但与南方完善发达的技术和研究体系相比仍有较大差距。为此本文对莲藕在北方主要种植地区的栽培模式、种植过程中的病虫害防治、肥水管理和设施应用等作一简述,以期为我国莲藕产业的进一步发展壮大和生产研究提供重要依据,同时为北方莲藕的种植和技术体系不断完善提供重要参考。
Recently, lotus root has been cultivated in north China on a large scale due to the improvement of living standard and strong demands for cultural landscape, and more related studies have been carried out, but the technology and research system in northern provinces was imperfect relatively. Therefore, in the paper, we summarized the cultivation pattern, pests and diseases control methods, water and fertilizer management and infrastructure application in the main cultivation regions of north China, in order to provide important basis for the development and production of lotus industry and for the improvement of lotus root cultivation and technology in north China.
