摘要
通过叙述蔡甸区莲藕加工现状,分析了蔡甸莲藕加工产业目前存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了发展龙头企业、加强技术研发和品牌建设、健全提升标准化水平及农企联结机制的几点建议。
In the paper, we introduced the development status of root lotus processing industry in Caidian, and analyzed the main problems existing in the industry development, in addition, to solve these problems, we put forward related suggestions, such as developing leading enterprises, strengthening technology research and brand building, enhancing standardization level and establishing agribusiness coupling mechanism.
