抗条锈病小偃麦渗入系的HMW-GS组成分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用SDS-PAGE技术对101份来源于中间偃麦草的高抗或免疫条锈病的小偃麦渗入系的HMW-GS组成进行分析。结果表明,其存在丰富的HMW-GS等位基因变异类型;Glu-A1位点出现了1,2*,N共3种变异类型,Glu-B1位点出现了7,7+8,7+9,13+16,13+19,14+15,17+18共7种变异类型,Glu-D1位点出现了2+12,5+10,2+10,5+12共4种变异类型;其中含有对改良小麦加工品质有重要影响的17+18亚基的材料有15份,含有14+15亚基的材料有2份,含有5+10亚基的材料有14份。以这些材料作为亲本,对我国小麦品质育种及抗病育种可能具有重要的价值。 The composition of HMW glutenin subunits were analyzed by SDS-PAGE for 101 wheat-alien introgression lines highly resistant to stripe rust from Thinopyrum intermedium. Rich HMW-GS allelic variants have been found. Three allelic variants of Null, 1 and 2* were detected at Glu-A 1 loci. Seven alleles, including the high-quality scored subunits of 14 + 15, 17 + 18 and 13 + 16, were detected at the Glu-B1 loci. While four alleles for the Glu-D1 loci were detected including 2 + 12, 5 + 10, 2 + 10, 5 + 12. Fifteen varieties containing 17 + 18 subunit and two varieties containing 14 + 15 subunit and fourteen varieties containing 5 + 10 were detected and might affect the improvement of wheat processing and baking quality. This will provide useful parents for wheat quality and stripe rust resistance breeding.
