转DREB基因小麦品系抗逆性和品质性状变异

Abiotic Resistance and Quality Trait Mutation in DREB Transgenic Wheat Lines

对5个转DREB基因小麦品系进行了田间抗逆性鉴定、产量性状研究和品质性状的检测。结果表明,转DREB基因小麦品系抗冻性增强,小麦产量显著增加,穗粒数和千粒质量均有不同程度提高;转DREB基因小麦品系在蛋白质品质性状和淀粉特性方面没有显著变化。

We have researched five DREB transgenic wheat lines about abiotic stress resistance identification, yield and quality traits. The results show that the DREB transgenic wheat lines freeze resistance have enhanced, wheat yield increased significantly, spike grain number and thousand kernel weight increased too, DREB transgenic wheat lines in protein quality traits and starch properties did not change significantly.
