摘要
以番茄幼苗子叶为外植体、MS为基本培养基,研究不同激素配比培养基对番茄子叶愈伤组织和不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明,适宜番茄子叶愈伤组织及芽诱导的激素配比为MS+ZT2.0 mg/L+IAA0.1 mg/L。这将为番茄子叶快繁体系的建立提供技术支持。
Through comparitive study on different hormone combinations, a better hormone combination on the callus induction and adventitious buds of tomato cotyledons is got as MS ＋ ZT 2.0 mg/L ＋ IAA 0.1 mg/L; which will provide technical support for tomato cotyledons tissue culture.
