基于RS的五陵原土地利用变化及其驱动力分析

Analysis on Land Use Change and Its Driving Forces in Wulingyuan Based on RS

对五陵原地区土地利用变化及驱动力进行研究,以期为该地区土地资源的合理利用和社会经济可持续发展提供一些指导。在五陵原土地覆被分类体系的基础上,应用1964,1988,2005,2010年4期遥感影像,分析近40 a间五陵原地区土地利用变化情况。结果表明,园地、城乡建设用地、道路的范围在扩大,耕地、水体、未利用土地的范围在缩小,林地面积变化不大;耕地、园地与城乡建设用地之间的转换最为频繁,大量耕地转变为园地和城乡建设用地。结合五陵原社会经济资料对其变化驱动因素加以分析,认为其主要驱动因素是人口增加、城市化进程加快、工业快速发展、农业形式改变以及政府政策的导向。

The purpose of this paper was to study land use changes and its driving forces in Wulingyuan and to guide the utilization of land resources and regional sustainable socio-economic development. Based on the classification system of land cover, the images of 1964＇s, 1988＇s, 2005＇s and 2010＇s in Wulingyuan are used to analyze the land use changes during 40 years. Results showed that the ar- eas of orchard, construction land and the road are expanding, and that of crop land, water body, unused land are shrinking, while wood land change little. Crop land, orchard and construction land were transferred frequently from each other, lots crop land was converted into orchard or construction land. At the end, socio-economic data were integrated with land use change to analyze the driving forces in Wul- ingyuan. The conclusive ultimate causes are the increasing of population, fast urbanization, industry development, forms changes in agri- culture and policy guidance.
