摘要
在实际大生产中,对比了环保皂洗粉ZJ-RH18低温皂洗工艺与普通皂洗剂传统高温皂洗工艺的应用效果,其皂洗牢度、干湿摩擦牢度、汗渍牢度及耐水色牢度相当,但环保皂洗粉的残液颜色浅,对布面色光影响不大.采用低温皂洗可以降低蒸汽用量,实现节能减排.
Compared the soaping effect of environmental-friendly soap powder ZJ-RH18 using low tem- perature soaping process with that of ordinary soap agent through traditional high temperature process in bulk practical production, the soaping fastness, dry and wet rubbing fastness, perspiration fastness and water fast- ness of the two different kinds of soaping process were correspond. But the residue liquid of soap powder ZJ-RH18 was lighter than that of the latter, as well, with less influence on the fabric shade. I'ow temperature soaping process could lower the steam consumption and attain energy saving and emission reduction.
