摘要
根据JJF 1033-2008《计量标准考核规范》规定,每5年必须对计量标准的稳定性进行计量考核,以保证计量标准的计量量值稳定可靠。通过定期对标准装置进行监测,建立监测数据库,利用可靠性数学方法对监测数据进行数据处理,获得定量指标来进行过程控制和稳定性核查。经过对5年7个数量列数据的T检验分析,获得了在设定检验水平上保持稳定的数据结果。说明采用适用的统计方法进行质量可靠性分析是可行的。
According to the requirements of JJF 1033-2008 "Specification for the Examination of Measurement Standard", the stability of porosity standard values should be regularly examined every five years. A monitoring database is established by regularly monitoting standard device, the monitored data is processed using the probability statistics analysis to obtain the stability specification. The neutron porosity standard values are obtained by the T examination of 7 sets of measuring series data in five years, which shows that applying probability statistics in the quality reliability analysis of neutron porosity calibration standards is effective.
