分包商是影响工程质量的一个重要因素,其质量管理水平、质量管理能力的高低直接影响工程项目质量的好坏。通过定量分析方法的应用,旨在对分包商进行全面、动态的定量评价,反映分包商质量管理状态。同时通过计算机数据系统的配合,将分包商质量管理状态进行记录,能够为EPC总包商再次选择分包商提供依据,进而为工程质量提供保障。

The management ability and level of the subcontractors is important and direct factor influencing the quality of a project. The application of quantitative analysis method can conduct a comprehensive and dynamic quantitative evaluation on the subcontractors in order to reflect the quality management state of the subcontractors. In the meanwhile, the quality management state of subcontractors is recorded by the computer data system, which can provide the basis to select subcontractors for EPC general contractor and therefore ensures the quality of the project.
