Extending Maintenance Cycle of Oil-well Pumps in Low-output Low-permeability Oilfield Using Mature Techniques

摘要 针对低产低渗透油田地层能量低、供液能力差、单井产量低等导致油井检泵周期短的问题,改进日常洗井方法,优化扶正器位置和数量,下冲砂管柱清理管柱泥砂,实施间歇采油系列技术。试验证明:该系列技术在延长低产低渗透油田检泵周期上成熟、可靠,推广应用后,检泵周期持续攀升。 Low formation energy, poor liquid supply and low single-well output in low permeability oilfields lead to a short maintenance cycle of oil-well pumps. The maintenance cycle of oil-well pumps can be extended by a series of techniques, such as improving the daily well-flushing methods, optimizing the location and number of centralizers, cleaning mud and sand in oil tube by sandwashing tube string and implementing intermittent oil production, etc. The application of these techniques in Yanchang low-permeability oilfield shows that they are mature, reliable and effective.
