摘要
根据不同聚乙烯产品的密度采样分析,从添加剂、分析标准和产品物理力学性能的变化,对装置运行中的设备、电气仪表和工艺等影响因素对产品质量控制进行分析,进而分析对产品质量控制可靠性的影响因素,作为装置生产产品质量控制中的重点,提高质量控制的可靠性。
According to the density, physical and mechanical properties of different polyethylene products, the factors influencing the quality of the products, such as additives, analysis standards, equipment and electrical instruments in the device and production technology, etc., are analyzed, and then the factors controlling the product quality reliability are further analyzed, which are taken as the focus of product quality control to improve the reliability of product quality control.
