摘要
从可靠性工程学的基本观点出发,从理论上探讨分析了提升石油动力装备固有可靠性的可能途径。通过传统算法和有限元算法的实例对比,论证了应用有限元技术提升产品设计可靠性的可行性,以及通过优化生产工艺提升产品制造可靠性的实践,进行了研发高可靠柴油机的初步有益探索。试验结果证明,应用可靠性工程学方法提升石油动力装备产品可靠性,完全具备可操控的实践性指导意义。
The possible ways to enhance the inherent reliability of oil power equipment are theoretically discussed based on the basic viewpoint of reliability engineering. Through the comparison of cases using traditional algorithms and finite element method, the feasibility of enhancing product design reliability using finite element technique and the practices in enhancing product manufacturing reliability by optimizing the production technology are demonstrated, which conducts preliminary and beneficial discussion for developing high reliability diesel engine. The experimental results show that: the application of reliability engineering methods to enhancing the reliability of oil power equipment products is steerable and practical.
