检测HIV新发感染及估计新发感染率的实验室方法 被引量:3

摘要 监测是艾滋病预防与控制工作的重要内容,新发感染率的估计是其中的关键部分。疾病前瞻性队列研究费时费力,数学模型方法适用范围有限,若依赖的患病率与死亡率数据不准确,会导致新发感染率估计值存在偏差。近年来,已有多种实验室方法用来检测HIV新发感染及估计新发感染率。
