摘要
以静电纺丝法制备了厚度较均匀的PA6纳米纤维膜,重点研究取样方法以及取样样本数量对纳米纤维膜拉伸性能测试结果的影响.结果表明,当样本数量在一定范围内时,随着样本数量的增加测试结果的离散程度变小,而超过某一界限后离散程度的变化不再明显,因而样本数量取8为合适.同时采用3种不同的取样方法取样,结果表明由于平行法得到的试样条的厚度较其他两种方法更均匀,该方法对拉伸性能的测试结果最为合理,因此,建议采用平行法作为静电纺纳米纤维膜的取样方法.
PA6 nanofibers, the thickness of which is relatively uniform, were prepared by electrospinning in this paper. The influence of sampling method and sampling number on tensile test of nanofiber membrane was discussed in detail. The results show that dispersion degree of testing results is becoming smaller as the sampling numbers increase in a certain range. And once exceed a certain limit, dispersion degree will be no more obvious. As a result, it is perfect when sampling number is 8. Three sampling methods were used for tensile test of nanofiber membrane, and it turned out that the thickness of samples obtained by parallel sampling method was more uniform than the other two methods, and this method was the most reasonable for the results of tensile test. As a result, parallel sampling method is the most suitable for nanofiber membrane by electrospinning as a sampling method.
