摘要
多通道中空纤维膜以其高强度、高稳定性等特点,近年来成为膜分离领域的研究热点.本文综述了国内外聚合物多通道中空纤维膜的研究现状及发展方向,通过对制膜材料、制膜工艺条件、成膜机理等方面介绍,阐述了多通道中空纤维膜制备的基本方法.对比了七通道中空纤维膜与单通道中空纤维膜在装填密度、单位膜面积材料用量、使用成本等方面的差异.并介绍了多通道中空纤维膜在反渗透预处理、生活用水、污水处理及膜蒸馏等方面的应用.最后展望了多通道中空纤维膜制备技术和应用领域的发展趋势.
Multi-bore hollow fiber membrane has become a research hotspot in the field of membrane separation as a result of its high mechanical strength and operation stability. This article describes a review on the current research and development of polymeric multi-bore hollow fiber membrane. Its preparation method used materials fabricating parameters, formation mechanism etc. have also been introduced. Further, the packing density and the volume of polymer material per unit of surface area between multi- bore hollow fiber membrane and single bore hollow fiber membrane has been discussed. Furthermore, the applications on pretreatment of reverse osmosis, domestic water, wastewater treatment and membrane distillation have been illustrated. Finally, multi-bore hollow fiber membrane preparation technology and applications has been prospected.
