宁夏平罗县生态林业建设工作的思考

A Thinking on Work of Ecological Forestry Construction in Pingluo County in Ningxia

分析了平罗县生态林业建设特点、建设成就及存在的问题、平罗县生态林业发展的资源条件,并对进一步加快生态林业建设提出规划及措施,以促进黄河中上游地区水土保持及宁夏沿黄经济可持续发展。

The characteristics, construction achievements and existing problems of the ecological forestry construction in Pingluo county are explored and the resource conditions for the development of the ecological forestry in Pingluo county are analyzed. The planning and measures for further speeding up the constructions of the ecological forestry are put foraard in order to promote the soil and water conservation in the area of the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River and the sustainable development of the economical zone along the Yellow River in Ningxia.
