云杉卷叶蛾信息素结合蛋白的同源模建

Homology Modeling of Pheromone Binding Protein of Choristoneura fumiferana

摘要 用同源模建的方法构建了云杉卷叶蛾气味结合蛋白。采用Procheck、Verify 3D、Errat、ProSa2003等程序的评价结果表明模建结构是可靠的。模建结构显示云杉卷叶蛾的气味结合蛋白由6个α-螺旋和连接这些螺旋的回折构成,底物结合口袋成锥形。6个保守的半胱氨酸形成3个对结构起稳定作用的二硫键。 The three dimension structure of pheromone binding protein of Choffstoneura fumiferana was modeled by homology modeling method. The evaluation of the model by Procheck, Verify3D, Errat and ProSa2003 indicates that the model is reliable. The pheromone binding protein of Cboristoneura fumfferana consists of 6 α-helices and loops between them. 6 conserved cysteines form 3 disulfide bonds which can stabilize the structure.
