摘要
研究了利用高温熔融炉渣制备无机纤维的工艺条件及其在造纸上的应用。采用镍红土矿冶炼高温炉渣进行高温炉渣成纤条件试验及纸品性能检测。结果表明,使用含Ni1.5%、Fe10%、MgO16%、SiO2 42%的镍红土矿生产镍铁产出的高温炉渣,加Ca()5%~15%和煤矸石均可以制成无机纤维,成纤率可达70%。这种无机纤维可用于造纸,保温材料,产品可达到国家标准。
This article studies the technological conditions for Preparing inorganic fiber by using high tem- perature molten slag and its application in paper--making. The fiber--forming conditions and paper prod- ucts testing are studied by using high temperature Nickel laterite ore smelting slag. Results show that it can make inorganic fiber by using high temperature Nickel laterite slag containing Ni 1.5%, Fe 10%, MgO 16%, SiO2 42% with CaO 5% - 15% and Gangue, fiber--forming rate can reach 70%. These inor- ganic fibers can be used for paper making, insulation materials. Products can meet the national standards.
