摘要
采用X-射线辐射分选机对赤峰大井子铜矿原矿及围岩不同粒级试样进行了不同分离阈值预选试验,结果表明,预选指标随分离阈值及给料粒度的变化而变化。在适宜的分选条件下,可实现铜矿中有用矿物与脉石矿物及废石的有效分离,剔除原矿中的废石,回收围岩中的有用矿物,从而提高入选品位,降低选矿成本,减少资源流失和浪费,提高选矿厂的综合经济效益。
The test of run-of-mine and surrounding rock taken from ChifengDajingzi copper ore was conducted to study the effect of separation threshold value on pre-concentration index using X-ray radiation separator.The results indicated that pre-concentration index varied with separation threshold value and the feed size.Under the suitable separation condition,the valuable mineral and the gangue mineral or barren rock in the copper ore could be separated efficiently.The barren rock could be removed from run-of-mine and the valuable mineral could be recovered from surrounding rock,which could increase the mill feed grade,decrease the beneficiation costs,reduce the loss and waste of resources and improve the benefits of the concentratore.
