测量“精度”与仪器“精度”

The“Precision”of Measurement and the “Accuracy” of Instruments

在测量时,我们经常会提到测量结果的"精度"、测量仪器的"精度"。实际上,许多时候我们常说的"精度"并不能准确的表达我们希望传递的信息,或者说我们没有真正分清"精度"的含义。本文尝试将这一问题进行分析,期望能在使用中进行准确的表述,对"精度"的表述规范化进行探讨。

In the measurement, we often referred to the accuracy of the measurement results, the accuracy of the measur- ing instruments. In fact, many times, we often say ＂accuracy＂ andcan not accurately express the information we want to pass, or that we did not really distinguish between the meaning of ＂precision＂. This paper attempts to analyze this prob- lem, and expect to be able to use accurate statements to explore the standardization of expression of the ＂precision＂.
