高职高专院校俄语专业人才培养体制改革创新研究

On Reform and Innovation of the Cultivating System of Russian Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,创新人才培养体制已是高校的头等大事,对于高职高专院校来说,专业人才培养体制决定着教育教学的质量,尤其决定着高职高专院校的发展前景,因此,构建多类型、多层次、特色鲜明的人才培养体制在提高高职高专院校教育质量中扮演重要的角色。现今一些高职院校的俄语专业人才培养体制存在诸多问题和不足,如培养目标定位不明确,专业课程体系设置特色不鲜明,实践教学环节滞后等,专业人才培养体制缺乏实践性和应用性,导致这些院校俄语专业人才培养与地方经济发展需求的严重脱节,从而出现俄语专业应用型人才短缺现象。针对上述问题,拟主要从明确培养目标、设置特色鲜明的课程结构体系及构建多层次实践教学保障体系等三方面构建有地方特色的俄语专业人才培养体制,提升俄语专业人才质量。

There are some problems and shortcomings in the talent training system of Russian majors and gaps between the needs of local economic development and the quality of cultivating system of Russian professionals. In response to these issues, this article discussed the training objectives, the curriculum structure and the construction of a system of three levels of practice teaching guarantee system with local characteristics to in order to improve enhance the quality of Russian education.
