从西方修辞学的角度看中西方的话语“互动”

The Discourse “Interplay” between China and the West from Rhetorical Perspective

近年来,我国对外宣传取得一定进展,但成效不大。在西方,一般人感觉不到中国宣传的存在,听不到中国以独特的"地方性"视角发言,更不用谈它的效果和冲击了。不仅如此,以美为首的西方利用其话语权威对华的现实、发展等方面任意表述,"中国威胁论"就是典型的例子。这样的修辞形势下,中方只有准确地自我阐述,同时洞察西方对华言论背后的修辞机制并发挥修辞上的"好斗"精神敢于与之进行修辞接触,才能转化在国际话语场消极被动的局面。

China has witnessed some achievement regarding external publicity. However, the West cannot hear the voice ot China from its own perspective, let alone its effect and impact. What＇ s worse, the West, particularly the USA, interprets arbitrarily China＇ s current situation, way of development and so on. The ＂China Threat Theory＂ is a typical example of such conspiracy. Fa- cing the rhetorical situation, China has to find a way out： express itself clearly to make it understood, see clearly the rhetorical mechanism behind the western discourse aimed at China, and be brave and bold when rhetorically engaging the West. Only in this way can China change its unfavorable status in worldwide discourse field.
